Myles Levelle has significant experience in the credit industry, representing local, regional and international banks and financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity firms. This work includes programs designed to maximize recovery initiatives and provide secure compliance with regulatory agencies and risk management standards.

In addition, Myles has a solid background in construction litigation with mid to large size contracting firms building hotels, condominiums and apartments across the southeast. He advises clients on litigation, general contractor transactional issues, and general contract administration. Ultimately, the clients receive guidance on how to avoid problems and mitigate potential risks to ensure business relationships remain strong.

Myles has handled hundreds of motions and bench trials in Federal and State Courts throughout the United States. In addition, he has considerable experience mediating cases in both the construction and credit fields.
