Business Development and Analytics
As the Business Process Executive for the firm’s Financial Services Law Practice, Ken O’Rorke is responsible for identifying innovative loss mitigation strategies and overall process improvements. With over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, he has a unique perspective in understanding the internal metrics of and industry standards for our financial services clients. With his in-depth knowledge, Ken works with our Financial Services and Recovery team to identify and design processes that will align our business model with the needs of our clients. Additionally, Ken serves as the relationship manager for new clients to ensure a smooth and seamless on-boarding process.
Prior to joining Burke Moore, Ken held several senior roles at Bank of America including Business Control Executive for the Global Technology and Operations organization and Corporate Process Engineer Executive for the Global Quality and Productivity organization.
